Simon Eggenberger

Simon Eggenberger is an experienced professional specializing in environmental sustainability and project management. Currently serving as the Projektleiter Umwelt und Nachhaltigkeit at Geberit since May 2019, Simon has previously worked with Chain IQ Group AG as a Sustainable Supply Chain Management Expert, where responsibilities included implementing ISO 14001 standards and conducting supplier risk assessments. Prior roles include Projektmitarbeiter for Life Cycle Assessments at ESU-services Ltd., and a Teacher in Environmental Practice for Praktischer Umweltschutz Schweiz, focused on waste and sustainable consumption education. Additionally, Simon contributed to the United Nations Stabilization Mission in the DR Congo as an Information Management Officer, overseeing GIS and capacity building initiatives. Simon holds a Teaching Diploma for Upper Secondary Education and a Master’s degree in Geography from the University of Zurich.
