Royce Reppert

Royce Reppert is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in various roles, most recently serving as Director of Operations at GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group since August 2024. Prior to this position, Royce held the same title at Tennant Company from October 2021 to November 2023 and at Honeywell from October 2018 to May 2023. Royce's career also includes significant roles at Parker Hannifin, where contributions spanned from Production Supervisor to Value Stream Manager, and as a Sales Engineer at Innovative Controls Automation. Royce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Ohio University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
