Reinhold Groß

Reinhold Groß is the Group CEO at HELLER. Reinhold was previously the Director Global Services at TRUMPF Machine Tools from January 2006 to December 2011. In this role, they built up international services and managed 450 employees with a €350 million revenue. From July 2004 to February 2005, they were the CFO at TRUMPF Medical Systems where they managed 25 employees in HR, finance and IT. Reinhold was also responsible for turnaround project with direct reporting line to the CFO of the TRUMPF Group. From January 2012 to November 2021, they were the Managing Director TRUMPF Machine Tools responsible for the management of the international sales channels with staff control of the central sales and service functions as well as the European sales and service companies (2,000 employees). Reinhold was also responsible for strategic orientation of the division and product portfolio management. In 2012 – 2015, they were the Head of Sales and Finance and in 2015 – today, they are the Head of Sales and Services. Prior to joining TRUMPF, they were the General Manager at TRUMPF North America from January 2001 to June 2004.

Reinhold Groß received their diploma in industrial engineering from the Hochschule Karlsruhe – Technik und Wirtschaft / University of Applied Sciences. Reinhold also holds a degree as an Information Technology Engineer (Informationselektroniker) from an apprenticeship at Hewlett Packard GmbH.
