Jasper Rood

Jasper Rood is an experienced project and maintenance manager in the public space domain, currently serving as Projectleider / Technisch manager at Gebr. Van Kessel since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jasper held various maintenance management positions, including Onderhoudsmanager for the Gemeente Loon op Zand at Van Doorn, where responsibilities included managing contracts related to green spaces, pavements, and drainage systems. Jasper's experience also encompasses asset management, overseeing long-term maintenance performance contracts with Rijkswaterstaat, and managing projects across multiple districts in the Netherlands. With a strong background in project management from roles at Trifolium bv and SmitsRinsma bv, Jasper brings expertise in technical management and project coordination. Jasper holds a Bachelor of Science in Garden and Landscape Design from Internationale Agrarische Hogeschool Larenstein and has completed earlier education in agricultural management and maintenance.
