Bliss Kelley Bernard

Bliss Kelley Bernard, P.E. started their career as a Student Intern at Louisiana Department Of Transportation and Development in 2013. Bliss then served as an Engineering Manager at Fenstermaker from 2014 to 2022, overseeing a variety of engineering projects. In 2021, they became a Council Member for the Town of Addis, Louisiana. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Environmental/Business Development at G.E.C., Inc.

Bliss Kelley Bernard, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2014. Bliss furthered their education with certifications including Professional Engineer in 2018, Certified Flagger in 2017, and various other training courses in traffic engineering and highway safety.
