Charles Metzger

Charles Metzger is currently an Analyste Investissements at Gecina. Charles previously worked as a Junior Fund Manager at Orox Asset Management SA from October 2017 to July 2018, where they were responsible for launching a new pan-European real estate investment fund. Their duties included financial modeling, negotiating with LOPs, market research, and investment memo writing. Prior to that, they completed an internship as a Programme Responsible at OGIC, where they were responsible for office renovation programmes. Their duties included budget monitoring of operations, legal document writing, construction site visits, investor and contractor relations, and preparation for the delivery phase of a building.

Charles Metzger has a MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School, and also studied at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and Université Paris Nanterre.
