Jules Mentrel

Jules MENTREL is an experienced professional in the field of technical operations and project management, currently serving as Responsable de Groupe d'Exploitation at Gecina since February 2022. In this role, Jules supervises a team of six technical operation managers overseeing 40 residences and a portfolio of several tens of millions of euros, focusing on safety, compliance, and quality while optimizing resources and team performance. Prior to this, Jules held various leadership positions, including Directeur Technique et Sécurité Adjoint at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Apsys, and has extensive management experience from roles such as Responsable de site en maintenance Multitechnique at ÉS. Jules began a career in the electrical fields with degrees in electrotechnics from CFAI Lorraine and Lycée Professionnel Jean Charles Pellerin, culminating as Chef de chantier at SODEL Electricité Générale from 2005 to 2017.
