Manal El Azhar

Manal El Azhar is a technical operations manager at Gecina, with experience since May 2021 in overseeing maintenance, renovation, and rehabilitation projects for common and private areas, as well as budget management and risk monitoring. Previously, Manal served as a technical project assistant, managing technical aspects of two student residences and overseeing external service providers. In an earlier role as a trainee, Manal contributed to the renovation of 103 units and the launch of a new student residence in Ivry. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in Building, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety from Polytech Angers, complemented by a preparatory cycle and a scientific baccalaureate from Lycée Bernard Palissy Gien. Manal also has experience in quality control from a short internship at ANTARTIC A.S.A. in September 2018.
