Nicolas Broband

Nicolas Broband is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial communication, investor relations, and strategic management within the real estate and public sectors. Since February 2019, Nicolas has held multiple director roles at Gecina, including Director of Financial Communication and Investor Relations, Director of Strategy for the Residential Business Unit, and Transformation Director, overseeing cross-company transformation projects. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Head of the Transportation Unit and the Budget Policy Unit at the Direction du Budget, focusing on investment management, financial analysis, and public finance governance. Additional internships at Air France, the Prefecture of Loir-et-Cher, and the European Commission further enhanced Nicolas's expertise in public affairs and international relations. Nicolas holds a Master (cum laude) in Public Affairs from Sciences Po and degrees in History from Ecole normale supérieure de Lettres et Sciences humaines.
