David Blancato

David Blancato is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administration and financial management. Currently serving as a Consigliere di amministrazione at Gedi periodici e servizi S.p.A. and Le Scienze S.p.A. since March 2023 and March 2024, respectively, David has held various leadership positions within GEDI Gruppo Editoriale since December 2003, including Chief Operating Officer for Stampa Nazionale and Direttore Marketing. Prior roles include Cost Controller at Fastweb and Junior Controller at UPIM. David holds a Laurea in Economia delle Amministrazioni Pubbliche e delle Istituzioni Internazionali from Università Bocconi and studied as an exchange student in Public Administration Economics at the University of British Columbia in 1996.
