Over a career spanning more than two decades, Sofia has contributed to HCL Technologies in multiple roles focusing on strategic initiatives and sales hiring across regions, and has also worked at HCL Infosystems and Birlasoft Ltd. With a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Jamia Millia Islamia, Sofia demonstrates a strong foundation in HR practices and leadership.
