Michael Girdley

Michael Girdley serves as Chairman and CEO of Girdley Enterprises, Inc., a holding company focusing on incubation and acquisition across various sectors including software and real estate. Additionally, Girdley co-founded Scalepath, a CEO peer network, and Dura Software, specializing in hyper-niche software solutions. Michael also holds positions as Chairman of CyberFortress, a San Antonio-based technology company, and Board Member for Sea Machines Robotics, representing the Geekdom Fund. Girdley is a partner at Dry Line Partners and the Geekdom Fund, both aimed at investing in IT and tech startups. With a historical role as CEO of Alamo Fireworks, Girdley has extensive experience in managing multi-state operations and currently serves as a Brand Evangelist for Chili's on a volunteer basis. Michael Girdley earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Science from Lafayette College.
