Eduardo Zanini has had a long and varied career in product leadership. Eduardo began their career in 2006 at Samba Tech as an Internet Content Manager, then becoming Chief Operating Officer and eventually Chief Product Officer. In 2012, they joined Geekie as a Product Manager and was later promoted to General Manager of Geekie Teste, Sr. Product Manager, and Product Director. During their time at Geekie, they were responsible for product strategy that headed Geekie One from MVP to Product-Market-Fit, and led a team of 30+ Pedagogical Consultants, Project Managers, Service Designers, and Customer Support Agents in the challenge to design and build a more valuable, cost-effective and predictable customer experience. As a result of their efforts, there were zero churns and 50% upsell in the user base. In 2018, Eduardo took a break from product leadership to teach Philosophy at Colégio Internacional Ítalo Brasileiro. In 2021, they returned to the field as an Expert in Digital Product Leadership at Tera.
Eduardo Zanini started their educational journey in 2002 when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. In 2006, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas where they completed an Executive Program in Web 2.0. Eduardo then attended Fundação Dom Cabral in 2008 where they earned a Specialization in Business Management. In 2010, they completed a Product Owner program at Scrum Alliance. Finally, in 2017 they earned a Licentiate degree in Philosophy from Faculdade Mozarteum de São Paulo.
