Sophia L.

Sophia L. started their work experience as a Summer Intern at Roger Kam & Co. in June 2013. Sophia then joined DHL in July 2015 as a Management Trainee and later worked as an Assistant Manager from July 2018 to June 2019. In 2020, Sophia worked as an Import Export Consultant before joining Geek+ in November 2020 as a Key Account Manager. Sophia was later promoted to Senior Key Account Manager in January 2023.

Sophia L. completed the Oxford Women's Leadership Development Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2022. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2011 to 2015, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and International Business. In 2014, Sophia also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Peking University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in the Oxford Women's Leadership Development Programme from the University of Oxford in June 2022.
