As the Owner of Geeks On Call since July 2004, Elmer has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership and expertise in the IT services sector. Prior to this, Elmer served as a Senior Development Manager at IBM from September 1988 to September 2002, where responsibilities included overseeing development projects and managing teams.
