Sander Geelen

Sander Geelen has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Sander started their career at Equity & Law as a Shore Manager in 1989 and then transitioned to being a Crew Member. In 1990, they joined DSM as a Planning Manager, where they worked until 1994. Since 1994, Geelen has been the CEO of Geelen Counterflow, leading a team in multiple countries and specializing in developing and servicing counterflow dryers and coolers for the food and feed industries. Sander introduced innovative technologies, such as the first Electric Dryer in 2018, focused on energy efficiency and reliability.

Sander Geelen has a diverse education history. In 1979, they attended Serviam and completed their Atheneum degree. Sander then pursued their higher education at Regent's University London from 1985 to 1989, earning a BA (Hons) in International Business. In 1997, they attended INSEAD and obtained an IEP in Management. In 2006, Sander attended IMD and obtained an MP in Mobilising People. In addition to their degrees, they hold a certification in Breeam Outstanding, with a remarkable 99.94% score, from the Dutch Green Building Council in 2016.
