Currently serving as Vice President of the Barwon South West Swimming Association and Vice President of the Geelong Swimming Club, Emma has also held various roles at the Geelong Cats, including System and Event Coordinator. Emma's expertise encompasses event coordination, member engagement, and customer experience, with a robust background in marketing and communication strategies. Previous roles include event and commercial operations at Netball Victoria, membership sales and customer service at the Australian Football League, and match day assistance at the Collingwood Football Club. Emma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science/Business from Deakin University and completed a Foundations of Directorship course with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
