Nikki Longo

Nikki Longo is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people experience, currently serving as a People Experience Advisor at Geelong Cats since December 2022. Prior to this, Nikki held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at the City of Greater Geelong from June 2020 to September 2022, where the focus was on establishing an effective Talent Acquisition function and promoting ethical and inclusive recruitment practices. Nikki’s earlier roles include serving as a Talent Consultant at Cotton On Group, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and as a Recruitment Executive in the Temporary Division at People At Work. Nikki's career began with sales assistant positions at Spotlight and Yd., complemented by a background in communications education from L.P Communications and the Victorian Certificate of Education from Clonard College.
