Chana Ginelle Ewing has a long and varied career in media, technology and entrepreneurship. Chana Ginelle began their career in 2007 as an Assistant in the Media & Entertainment Practice at McKinsey & Company. In 2010, they became the CEO of littlebigGirl + CO. In 2019, they authored the book "An ABC of Equality," which was published by Frances Lincoln Children's Books, an imprint of The Quarto Group. In 2020, they became the Founder of GEENIE and was also selected to join the Advisory Board of TheLi.st. In 2021, they were invited to join the board of Black Film Space, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the careers of Black filmmakers. In 2022, they became the Marketing Director at Skillcrush.

Chana Ginelle Ewing attended Boston Latin School and then the University of Virginia, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in African-American/Black Studies. Chana Ginelle also obtained a Section4 Certified Scaling Marketing Strategist certification from Section4 in February of 2022.
