Jean-Romain Plault

Jean-Romain Plault is currently the Head of Automotive for Contract Logistics in Central and Eastern Europe at CEVA Logistics, overseeing operations across Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, and Poland, managing over 1,000 employees across 30 sites. Prior to this role, Jean-Romain served as Area Manager and Managing Director at GEFCO, where responsibilities included managing contract logistics in Poland, Czech, Slovakia, and Hungary, with a focus on team development and strategic implementation. Jean-Romain's career also includes significant positions in logistics management and engineering at PSA Peugeot Citroën, including site management and project leadership. Jean-Romain holds an Engineer’s Degree from ECAM LaSalle, obtained in 2008.
