David Kaus

David Kaus, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief Talent Officer at Geffen Mesher, providing leadership in all Human Resources functions and initiatives. Prior to this role, David was Vice President of Human Resources at Catalyte, where responsibilities included developing talent management strategies and collaborating with executive leadership on organizational development. David has held various positions, including Senior Director and Director of Training & Talent Development, and has a strong background in instructional design and assessment from Howard Community College and Towson University. David holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Fundamentals from Oregon State University, and an M.S. in Instructional Technology, as well as a B.S. in Special Education from Towson University.
