Federico Bassignana

Federico Bassignana has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Federico began their career as a Social Media Manager for a freelance position from May 2016 to December 2019. In 2017, they worked as a Speaker for the Association of Former Students of Tortona High Schools, where they organized and conducted a series of conferences on social media networks. In 2018, Federico served as a Freelance Video Editor at the University of Milan for a short period. Federico also worked as a Guest Speaker at Liceo Giuseppe Peano in 2018, providing practical and motivational advice to students during a self-management day. Starting from 2019, Federico joined Gefran as a Content Developer in the People & Organization team. Later, they took on the role of Employee Experience Specialist, Content Developer, and kenFLY Talent Academy Coordinator. In 2021, they served as a Contract Professor at Liceo Scientifico G.
