Charly Esnal

Charly Esnal is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a proven track record of success. Charly began their career in 2008 as the Country Manager of USA for Assist Card, where they authored a three-year business plan and budgets, and led the organization to revenue growth from $2M to $7M in the first year. In 2014, they co-founded GEGO Tracker, where they served as CEO and was responsible for Manufacturing, Product Development, and leading the Go to Market. In 2017, they founded iHitch, a group that believes in the power of Community. In 2019, they co-founded Base Miami, a company that helps forward-thinking companies with their expansion into the US Market, and they also became the Co-Chair of the Innovation Sub-Committee at the Miami-Dade Beacon Council. Most recently, in 2022, they became Managing Director of Mana Tech, where they are building an ultimate entrepreneurship hub for international founders.

Charly Esnal has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bellevue University, obtained between 2013 and 2015. Charly is also a Certified Sprint Master from Design Sprint School.
