Yaxin Wang

As an urbanist and architect, Yaxin was educated both in China and Denmark. Having previously worked at different urban scales and landscapes, Yaxin masters combining various scopes and perspectives in her strategy and design work. With her experiences of living in many different cultures, Yaxin provides Gehl with a diverse knowledge and cultural insight. She is driven by her ambition to help realise more resilient and sustainable cities, both at an urban strategic level and at the human scale. Yaxin is part of Gehl’s cities team, focusing on urban strategy for cities globally. Beyond project work, Yaxin is passionate about exploring and researching questions related to food systems.
