Noelle Gaspard

Noelle Gaspard, PE, GISP, CFM, currently serves as the South Region Water Resources Practice Leader at GEI Consultants, Inc., a role assumed in June 2023. Prior to this position, Noelle held the title of Stormwater Department Head/Project Manager at RJN Group from February 2015 to June 2023. Noelle's experience also includes serving as the GIS Business Solutions Lead at Freese and Nichols from December 2012 to June 2013 and as a Project Manager/Stormwater Engineer/GIS Lead at Halff Associates from April 2003 to September 2012, in addition to an earlier role as an Engineering Intern at Halff Associates from January 2000 to August 2002. Noelle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, graduating in 2003.
