Phil Dunn

Phil Dunn has over 35 years of experience in water resources and environmental compliance. Prior to their current role as Vice President/Senior Project Manager at GEI Consultants, Inc., Phil held similar positions at AECOM and Jones & Stokes. Phil has worked on a wide range of projects, from instream flow studies to major CEQA/NEPA compliance documents. Phil holds a Master of Science in Fisheries Biology from Humboldt State University and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from U.C. Davis.
