Ryan Jolley

Ryan Jolley is a Senior Environmental Project Director with experience in environmental services business development, CEQA/NEPA expertise, and obtaining environmental permits from Federal and State agencies. Ryan has supported various water supply, infrastructure, desalination, flood protection, restoration, and energy projects in California. Jolley has held positions in companies such as GEI Consultants, Inc., Stantec, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and Horizon Water and Environment LLC. Ryan holds a Masters in Environmental Science from the University of Sydney and a Bachelors in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
