Frank Pickering

Frank Pickering is a senior insurance executive currently serving as the Vice President of Operations, Physical Damage at GEICO. With over 20 years of experience in claims management, loss control, and risk mitigation, they have consistently maximized profitability and compliance within one of the nation's most complex claims operations. Frank holds an MBA from The Citadel and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from National University, alongside Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and ASE certifications. They are recognized for their exceptional team-building and leadership skills, as well as their involvement with various industry boards and advisory teams. Prior to their career in insurance, Frank served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Reconnaissance Team Leader and Instructor.
