Hitesh Patel

Hitesh Patel is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Staff Software Engineering at GEICO since November 2022, Hitesh leads high-priority projects for the Underwriting organization. Previously, Hitesh held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Clarus Commerce, overseeing Agile teams for Direct to Consumer products. At NJ TRANSIT, Hitesh managed a team of software developers and analysts, focusing on the architecture of new software solutions to replace legacy systems. Hitesh’s career also includes roles as an IT Consultant at Vaptech Inc and Senior Programmer at Ashima Group. Hitesh holds a Master of Computer Management in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Physics.
