Jerron Gerald

Jerron "Jay" Gerald possesses extensive experience in sales and marketing within the insurance and media industries. Currently serving as an Agency Sales Manager at GEICO since April 2018, Jay directs sales operations and develops training protocols, building on previous roles as a Moat Sales Manager and Sales Producer/Manager in Training. Since April 2015, Jay has also worked as a Marketing and Sales Consultant for The Barbertime Media Network, where responsibilities include organizing advertising sales, fostering relationships with national barbers and stylists, and developing marketing concepts. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Licensed Insurance Agent at Allstate and a Personal Markets Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Morgan State University, earned in 2010.
