Marlise Bloir

Marlise Bloir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational learning and training. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operational Learning at GEICO since September 2024, Marlise previously held various leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from November 1999 to September 2024, including Head of CCB Operations Learning and Executive Director of Global Analyst Training Programs. Early career experiences include positions as Corporate Instructor at Sarcom and Network Training Specialist at CompuServe Network Services. Marlise holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from The Ohio State University, where studies were completed from January 1988 to December 1992.
