Nikhita K. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in strategic program and portfolio management across major industry players. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Portfolio Manager at GEICO since October 2024, Nikhita K. leads initiatives to enhance digital platforms while aligning objectives and key results (OKRs) with senior leadership. Previously held the position of Senior Manager, Strategic Programs at Coinbase from September 2023 to September 2024, where operational efficiency and regulatory readiness were prioritized through cross-functional program leadership. Nikhita K. also managed enterprise portfolios at The Walt Disney Company and drove strategic IT initiatives at Verizon.
