Steven Hirsch

Steven Hirsch is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and data management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at GEICO since July 2024, Hirsch previously held key positions such as Head of Engineering - Finance at Stripe and Senior Director of Engineering at Robinhood. At Uber, from February 2019 to July 2021, Hirsch directed engineering teams focused on fintech systems. Prior to these roles, Hirsch was the Chief Data Officer at IntercontinentalExchange Group/NYSE, where leadership of data teams across various business units was essential. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business from the University of Southern California and completion of a Senior Leadership Program at INSEAD in 2010.
