Suja Anne I. possesses extensive experience in compensation management, currently serving as the Head of Compensation for Operations and Sales at GEICO since September 2025. Prior to this role, Suja Anne I. held the position of Global Compensation Director at WEX, where leadership was provided for the global total rewards strategy across 16+ countries. At Carbon Health, Suja Anne I. established and led the first dedicated compensation team to support rapid growth.
