Asmaa Mirza

Asmaa also globalized HR policies and procedures (GCC & India) and sourced key & executive talent (ongoing to date).

As an HRBP at Geidea Solutions, Asmaa was promoted from within the company. In this role, they were responsible for deploying the regional program (95,000+ USD budget, US State Department), identifying and controlling financial and non-financial risks of the program.

As a Branch Manager at Western Studies Institute, Asmaa was responsible for branch management and program management. In the role of branch manager, they were responsible for contracting, overseeing project managers & division heads, assisting the President to actualize the WSI strategy, and establishing the HR department. In the role of program manager, they were responsible for deployment of the regional program (95,000+ USD budget, US State Department), identifying and controlling financial and non-financial risks of the program.

Asmaa Mirza has a MSc in International Human Resource Management and Development from The University of Manchester. Asmaa also has a Reward Management Training certification from HayGroup and is a Certified KPI Professional from The KPI Institute. Asmaa is an Associate in HRD from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has a Bsc/CSIT (Honors) in Computer Science & Internet Technology from Anglia Ruskin University. Asmaa has also completed a course in Strategic Thinking and Planning from Meirc.
