Hesham El Banna

Hesham El Banna is an experienced risk management professional with a strong background in fraud investigation and analysis. Currently serving as a Risk Manager at Geidea since January 2022, Hesham previously held the position of Head of the Fraud Acquiring Merchant unit at Bank Audi for six months in 2021. Prior to that, at QNB Group from December 2015 to September 2021, Hesham was responsible for investigating suspected fraud cases in both issuing and acquiring contexts within the E-Payment Operations department. Beginning in 2012, at the National Bank of Greece, Hesham focused on continuous monitoring of suspicious transactions. Educational achievements include a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Faculty of Commerce and Foreign Trade, completed in 2010.
