Thomas Kubicka

Thomas Kubicka is an experienced professional in project development and cost management, currently serving as a Projektentwickler at Geiger Unternehmensgruppe since March 2022. Previously, Thomas held the role of Cost Expert Real Estate Provision at BMW Group from November 2012 to December 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing cost management for construction projects, developing reference models for industrial, office, and parking structures, and contributing to digitization efforts. Prior experience includes work as a Fachcontroller at CSAMC from July 2008 to October 2012 and as a Projektentwickler at IVG Immobilien AG from June 2001 to June 2008. Thomas holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Architecture from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
