Bob Fridrich

Mr. Fridrich brings with him diverse professional experience, working his way up from an estimating engineer, developing detailed project budgets, to now, a project manager. Bob has also completed builds as a superintendent, where he managed work to ensure quality, safety, and scheduled completion based on plans and specifications.

As project engineer, he has continued to develop budgets as well as negotiate and track cost changes, review AIA billing documents, contract scope changes, and lead owner and architect status meetings.
