Amy Ackerman

Amy Ackerman is an experienced IT project manager associate at Geisinger since April 2024, following a diverse career that includes extensive roles within Intel Corporation from June 1996 to July 2011, where responsibilities ranged from provisioning engineering to security compliance management. In addition to a long-term role as a homemaker, Amy has operated as an independent consultant since July 2011, specializing in technology consulting for residential clients and serving as an Internet content analyst from January 2022 to January 2024. With a solid foundation in project management, corporate acquisitions, and technical support in multinational environments, Amy has demonstrated skills in systems management and project execution. Educational background includes a BS in Geology from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg and additional studies at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and The University of New Mexico.
