Brian Frank

Brian Frank, MD, FACS is an Acute Care Surgeon currently serving as the Trauma Medical Director and Surgeon at Geisinger since 2024. They also hold the position of Clinical Assistant Professor at The Commonwealth Medical College since 2016. Previously, Brian was the Associate Trauma Medical Director and Surgeon at Geisinger Health System from 2016 to 2024 and served as the Administrative Chief Resident in General Surgery at Christiana Care Health System from 2014 to 2015. Brian completed a Trauma/Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System from 2015 to 2016 and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Thomas Jefferson University in 2010, following a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience with a minor in Public Policy from Franklin & Marshall College in 2006.
