Bruce Thomas

Bruce Thomas currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Health Hospitality Partners and a Member of the Board of Directors for Central Columbia Senior High School. Since August 1987, Bruce has held various leadership positions at Geisinger, including Vice President of Hospitality Services and VP of Guest Services, where responsibilities encompass overseeing guest services operations, fiscal management, and human resource management, while ensuring the establishment of operational standards across regional support services. Bruce also directed the Food Service Departments within the Geisinger Health System, managing a $7 million operating budget and over 160 full-time employees. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Food and Beverage Manager at Hotel Magee, where extensive food management experience was gained in a high-end dining and catering environment. Bruce holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Penn State University.
