Dawn Stocker

Dawn Stocker is a seasoned health care professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and program management. Currently serving as Program Manager for Health Care Reform Compliance and Health Plan Marketplace at Geisinger Health Plan since January 2014, Dawn has previously held significant roles at UPMC Health Plan as Senior Administrator of Regulatory Compliance and other positions within UPMC, including Administrator for the Neuroscience Clinical and Translational Research Center. Dawn's earlier career includes leadership roles at The Children's Home of Pittsburgh, Gateway Health Plan, and The Western Pennsylvania Hospital, with over two decades dedicated to health care administration and regulatory affairs. Dawn holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Administration Management and a Bachelor of Science in Health Planning and Administration, both from The Pennsylvania State University.
