Evan Ryer

Evan Ryer is a Professor of Surgery at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, where they have been teaching since 2019. Currently serving as Program Director of the Vascular Surgery Residency at Geisinger since 2022, Evan previously held positions as Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine from 2011 to 2018 and Associate Program Director of the Vascular Surgery Fellowship from 2016 to 2017. They completed a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the Mayo Clinic from 2009 to 2011 and a General Surgery Residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital from 2002 to 2009, after earning their Doctor of Medicine from Temple University School of Medicine in 2002.
