Jess Bailey

Jess Bailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contract management and administration. Since June 2022, Jess has served as the Director of Centralized Contracts at Geisinger. Prior to this role, Jess worked as a Senior Contract Manager at Ascend Learning from January 2021 to June 2022, and held various positions at Ad Astra from February 2018 to December 2020, including Contracts Manager. Earlier career roles include Contract Administration Assistant Manager and Contract Administration Office Manager at Heico Construction Group from October 2012 to February 2018, as well as Rental Property Manager at Destination Properties from September 2009 to October 2012. Jess holds a Master of Business Administration from Baker University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & History from The University of Kansas, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Butler Community College.
