Julianna Poder

Julianna Poder, MHA, has a diverse background in health administration and management, currently serving as Manager of Inpatient Addiction Access at Geisinger since April 2017, with prior roles including Improvement Optimization Consultant and Achieving Excellence Project Manager at the same organization. Julianna began professional experience as an Administrative Fellow at Mount Nittany Health and has also held positions as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Penn State University, focusing on organizational behavior and health information technology. Earlier roles include a Process Transformation Intern at Geisinger Health System, a Strategic Planning and Marketing Intern at Windy Hill Village Continuing Care Retirement Community, and an Intern to the Health Director at Wilkes-Barre City Health Department. Julianna holds a Master's degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration, both from Penn State University.
