Lisa Simpson

Lisa Simpson, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Geisinger since March 2022. Prior experience includes a progressive career at Evangelical Community Hospital, where roles included HR Operations Manager, Employee Relations Manager, and Human Resource Generalist from September 2015 to March 2022. Previously, Lisa worked as an HR Representative/Recruiter at The AMES Companies, Inc., and held the position of HR/Admin Assistant at Weyerhaeuser. Lisa began a career in human resources at Computer Sciences Corporation as an HR Representative from October 2004 to May 2009. Lisa holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from California Coast University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
