Matt Huff, CPA, is the Executive Vice President and CFO at Geisinger, where they focus on financial strategy and operations within complex health systems. With a strong belief in the connection between patient care and financial performance, Matt has led initiatives that prioritize transformation and sustainable growth. Previously, they held significant roles at RediClinic, Sava Senior Care, Banner Health, and Bay Area Medical Center, building high-performing teams along the way. Matt earned an MBA in Finance from Tulane University and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from Auburn University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on organizational change and patient experience.
