Michael Suk

Michael Suk, MD, JD, MPH, MBA, FACS, FACHE, serves as the Chief Physician Officer at Geisinger Health System, overseeing clinical leadership and operational strategies for the system's billion-dollar supply chain and pharmacy division. As Chair of the Musculoskeletal Institute and Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Michael has significantly expanded operations across multiple hospital platforms. Additionally, Michael holds academic and leadership roles at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and the American Medical Association, where contributions include chairing the AMA Board of Trustees and serving on various boards, such as the Joint Commission and AO North America. Michael's diverse educational background encompasses degrees in medicine, law, public health, business administration, and medical informatics.
