Robert Moser, RRT, MHA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Castle Hall since July 2017. Concurrently, Robert has been with Geisinger Health System since January 2008 as the Administrative Director of GHS Sleep Services, where responsibilities include providing vision and leadership for a growing program, managing the sleep service line, and overseeing accreditation and performance improvement. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Director of Respiratory & Neurodiagnostics at Bayhealth Medical Center from February 1998 to January 2008, managing daily operations and providing interim coverage for the Cardiovascular Service line. Robert's educational background includes a Master of Science in Health Services and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Touro University California, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Respiratory Care Therapy from Delaware Technical Community College.
