Seth Matter

Seth Matter, MBA, NRP, is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as the Regional Director of Patient Access at Geisinger since March 2024. With extensive experience in emergency medical services, Seth has held dual roles as a Paramedic at Centre LifeLink EMS and Mount Nittany Medical Center since 2019 and 2016, respectively, providing Advanced Life Support and enhancing customer experience. Previous roles include Regional Director of Operations and Director of Physician Network at Penn Highlands Healthcare, and Trauma & Acute Care Surgery Practice Manager at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, where operational management and efficiency were prioritized. Seth holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and additional degrees in accounting and health care administration from Commonwealth University-Lock Haven, along with a diploma in Emergency Medical Technology from Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital.
